A fine painting monogrammed in the lower right and signed and dated on the mount. Presented in a wooden box frame. Location and medium inscribed on the reverse. On wove.

Condition

In fine condition. There are some scuffs and light scratches to the frame at the lower left edge.

Artist Biography

Richard Lannowe Hall is the son of artist Oliver Hall. He has been widely exhibited as a marine artist and resides in Cornwall, where he paints many of his coastal views. His life as a yachtsman also influences his seascapes, shown through the beautifully captures shifting light and forms. His works are usually painted with a mixture of gouache, gum Arabic and mixed media.
