A pair of later restrike mezzotints, depicting Charles I and James I of England. Both portraits after paintings by van Dyke, completed by the artist John Smith. With plate lines. Signed in plate. On wove.

Condition

There is some scattered foxing spots, surface dirt and creasing. The paper has likely been bleached.
