An intriguing oil scene by artist Ursula Bradley, depicting the Archbishop of Canterbury inducting a new master at Charterhouse. The oil has been signed by the artist to the lower right. Presented in a 20th century gilt-effect frame with delicate running mouldings to the inner and outer edge. Fix to the reverse of the frame is the original photograph taken by Bradley before painting the scene. Inscribed on a label verso. On canvas board.Condition
In fine condition. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.
