Description

A mezzotint copy after an eighteenth-century portrait, possibly by George Romney or Thomas Gainsborough. Presented glazed in a beige mount and ornate gilt frame with a gilt slip. There is a blind stamp that reads 'NR' to the lower-left edge. Signed to the lower-right edge. Dated in the plate to the top edge. On wove.

Condition

There is some mild foxing. Some discolouration to the mount and small chips and cracks to the frame. Overall in good condition.
