Artist Biography
Peter Skinner studied art at both the Redruth School of Art and subsequently the Tunbridge Wells School of art. He owned his own gallery in Bromley, Kent, where he restored Victorian prints and continued with a range of mediums, producing paintings and mixed media work. He later returned to live in Cornwall and exhibits there while also selling work from the Gallery in Kent.
