Artist Biography

Percy Tarrant a prolific children's book and magazine illustrator. He was the father of Margaret Tarrant. He exhibited at the RA, RBA, ROI, RI and at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool. He was born in Wandsworth and died in Surrey.
