A fine oil on board by the artist Paivio Westerlund Knighton, depicting a woodland copse of trees on a bright afternoon. A flock of birds peck the ground at the foreground. The artist has painted the scene in a style reminiscent of the Camden Town Group, in particular the landscapes of Robert Bevan. Unsigned. On board.

Condition

In very good condition overall. Some light surface scuffing and wear around the edges.
