A charming watercolour by the artist Joshua Fisher (1859-1930) depicting a pretty young lady with a basket of rhubarb in hand. Signed. Well presented behind glass in a swept gilt frame. On paper.Condition
Light discolouration to the paper. Overall the artwork is in fine condition for its age. Some debris behind the glass and marks to the mount. Very light wear to the frame including scuffs, and small chips. Overall the frame is in very good condition.

Artist Biography
Born in Liverpool, Fisher was a landscape and figure painter, black and white illustrator and a lithographer. He studied at Liverpool School of Art under John Finnie, and exhibited at the Walker Gallery in Liverpool and the Royal Cambrian Gallery in Conwy.
