J. Payrau - Original 1912 Mezzotint. This fine hand coloured mezzotint shows two boys playing an early form of cricket. The print is gand coloured as well as having printed colour and contains some etching. [Signed in pencil, the print carries a blind stamp in plate from the Fine Art Trade Guild as a mark of authenticity. Published in London by Henry Graves & Co. Ltd. Printed in Paris by Moglia & Co. Signed in plate. On wove. Image in fine condition. Sheet shows some mount burn, soft fold in left corner, discolouration around edges and some age toning.Size
