Description

A unique portrait of two gentlemen wearing hats and winter coats. The artist employs an expressive painterly style with areas of impasto applied using a palette knife. Monogrammed in the lower left. Inscribed "Guichard, Autun - 71" and "Guichard/1976" to the reverse of the board. On board.

Condition

Overall the condition is good. Discolouration and surface dirt. Wear around the edge of the board.
