Gilt Framed Flemish School Original 19th Century Oil. In a gilt slip and ornate frame. A charming painting depicting two men leaning out of a window, one reading a newspaper, the other looking over his shoulder and drinking from a tankard. Unsigned. On panel. Condition is good for a picture of this age with some minor discolouration and craquelure. There are some small losses to corners and edges of the frame.
