There is a fine hairline scratch to the painting's lower left-hand corner and a similar light scratch mark to the lower right-hand quadrant. Light dirtying and marks to the wooden frame. The overall condition of the artwork is good.

Artist Biography
David Collings (b. 1949) is a British artist, associated with the Newlyn School in Cornwall, who studied at the Redruth School of Art and Berkshire College of Education. He is a member of the Newlyn Society of Artists (NSA) and has exhibited in both group and solo shows.
