Henry Charles Brewer was a painter in watercolour of landscapes and architectural subjects. He was the son of the artist Henry William Brewer. He studied art at Westminster Art School under Fred Brown. Exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1888-1949 and also at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour, in the provinces and abroad. He was elected RI in 1914. Between 1899-1902 he exhibited at the RA. He lived in London.
