A very fine late 19th century English watercolour by the well listed artist Arthur Willett. The scene depicts cattle grazing under the shade of an oak tree, with a boatman on the river. Beautifully presented in a washline mount and decorative gilt frame. Signed. On wove.Condition
Minor foxing in areas of the sky, but overall the appearance is very good. The frame has some minor wear but the appearance is very good.
