A dynamic impressionist work by female artist Andrée Heupgen (1902-1993). The scene depicts a still life of white flowers arranged in a pink faience pitcher. The floral arrangement is positioned on a decorative sideboard with a pendulum clock on the right and a single lemon resting on the floral-painted surface. Presented in a decorative Lely panel frame. Signed lower right. On board.
Condition
Signs of wear consistent with age. Light soiling to the surface of the painting. Chips and scuffs to the edges of the frame. The overall condition of the artwork is very good.
