A fine watercolour landscape by artist Yuko Sekiguchi. Depicting Heage Windmill in Derbyshire on a snowy day, the light washes of colour are delicately applied to the paper, in cool winter tones. Built in 1797 and restored in 2002, Heage Windmill, a Grade II* listed building, and is the only working six-sailed stone tower windmill in England. Signed and dated. On wove.Condition

Artist Biography
Yuko Sekiguchi is a Japanese artist who lives in the North of England. Known for her watercolour landscapes and love for 'elusive movements', her work focuses on nature and the passing of time. Yuko is a member of the Derbyshire Society of Artists.
