A fine early 20th century graphite study by William Kerry. Unsigned. Inscribed to the lower left with the title. There is an architectural sketch by another hand to the reverse. On paper.

Condition

In very good condition overall. Some light discolouration, and pin holes to the corners.

Collection Information

These accomplished life studies by the artist William Kerry date to the early 20th century, c.1920. Whilst little is known about Kerry, the works include a range of important head studies from Old Master sculptures, as well as fine academic studio works in graphite.

Although only some works are signed, all are by the artist's hand and were acquired as a single portfolio.
