Artist Biography

Painter of landscapes and topography who studied at the Herkomer Art School. the showed at the RA and ROI of which the was an elected member and an example of his work is held by Bushey Museum and Art Gallery. An artist with the same name, living in Birkenhead was a member of the Liver Sketching Club during the last decade of the 19th century.
