Artist Biography
Walter Morgan Skeens (1886-1969) was a painter born in Portsmouth, who studied at Portsmouth Art College and at the RWA Schools. He later taught in the Bristol area and is represented in the collection of Bristol City Museum and Art Gallery. He regularly showed views of old Bristol at the Bristol Savages from 1928-68.
