Victor Charles Kelly RBSA RCA (b.1923) was a painter born in Birmingham who studied at Liverpool College of Art during the late 1940s. Elected an Associate of the RBSA in 1982 and a full member in 1989 he has also held the position of vice-president of that society. His work has been exhibited at the RCamA of which he is a member, RI, RWA, RMS, MAFA, and at the Llewellyn Alexander Gallery, London. He has taught for many years in primary, secondary, and further education establishments and is a member of the Easel Club.
