A fine Victorian oil showing a coastal church silhouetted against a vibrant sunset over a rustic harbour. The artist has initialed and dated to the lower right and the painting has been presented in a simple wood frame. There is a canvas stamp at the reverse. On canvas.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. There is some scratching to the paint in the upper right quadrant and denting and abrasion to the canvas along the upper edge.
