Tony was born and is still living in Southampton. He has been painting since 1971 and is self-taught. He is an accomplished, intuitive artist and his love of the quiet English countryside of rivers, fields and woods is reflected in his traditional landscapes.
A versatile artist, working in acrylics and oils on canvas, Tony also teaches adult students, and is much in demand for his popular demonstrations to art societies and clubs. He exhibits widely in the UK, in open exhibitions and galleries, and his paintings are in art collections throughout the world.
