A charming oil painting by Sidney Moverly, depicting a scene at Beaulieu river, Hampshire. Signed and dated to the lower right-hand corner. There is an artist's label on the reverse. Well-presented in a speckled gilt effect frame with a fabric inner detail. On canvas board.

Condition

In very good condition overall, with minor marks and scuffs to the frame. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.
