A delightful early 20th Century graphite drawing by the artist Ruth Cobb, depicting the architecture in Middleburg, Holland. The artist has applied varying tones and considered strokes to perfectly portray this American street scene. Inscribed and dated in the lower left hand corner, as shown. Well presented in a card mount with graphite detailing and a gilt effect frame. Unsigned dated and inscribed. On wove.
Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including areas of discolouration and minor foxing. There is some surface dirt beneath the glazing. The frame is in fine condition.
