An original graphite and coloured pencil work by the British artist Ernest Parkman (1856-1921). Here, Parkman captures Edwardian figures beside timber framed buildings on Stepcote Hill, Exeter. Well-presented in a gilt-effect frame with various labels to the reverse. Signed to the lower left.
