Artist Biography
Roger Hebbelinck was a Belgian artist who was born in Brussels in 1912. He was a painter, etcher, watercolourist and cinematographer educated at the Academy in Brussels under Bastien, Delville, and Van Strydonck. Hebbelinck was best known for etching a large number of picturesque city corners in historic towns across Europe.
