Artist Biography

Robert William Arthur Rouse RBA (1867-1951) was a landscape painter, etcher, and illustrator who lived between in London and Brixton. He was elected to the Royal Society of British Artists in 1889. He exhibited at the Royal Academy, Royal Society of British Artists , Walker Art Gallery Liverpool, Royal Institute of Oil Painters, and many other prominent galleries. Rouse died in 1951 in Oxford, England.
