An original watercolour by the Cornish artist Elizabeth Rosemary Ziar. The scene depicts a rural farmstead with a dutch barn full to the brim with straw bales. The artist has been playful with the composition, bordering some of the view with a black outline and leaving other parts bear. The artist has monogram to the lower right edge of the painting and presented the piece in a green coloured frame and complimenting double card mount. On watercolour paper.
Condition
Areas of discolouration and foxing to the paper from poor storage and exposure to damp. Light scuffs and scrapes to the green coloured frame.
