Richard studied at Sheffield College of Art followed by a postgraduate course in Printmaking at the Royal College of Art. Exhibiting widely throughout England in many venues including the Royal Academy (Summer Exhibition), the Mall Galleries and at the Barbican Centre besides a variety of galleries in Europe and USA. Richard has work is in many public and private collections the Wakefield Art Gallery and Rank Xerox. He was a prize winner at the 1997 Royal Watercolour Society’s Open Exhibition.
