Description

A peaceful watercolour of a Turkish cemetery at early dawn. A soothing colour palette sits well with the dramatic Turkish landscape. Two figures have been picked out in gouache in the middle ground. The painting is presented in a smart gilt effect frame and a cream card mount. There is a label attached to the reverse with and inscription of the title and date. Unsigned and inscribed. On watercolour paper.

Condition

The painting is in fine condition. There are several scuffs to the frame edges and corners and a little discolouration on the mount.
