How to Return an Artwork
If you have an account
The quickest way to start a return is through your account. Simply log in and visit My Account -> My Returns to begin the process.
If you don't have an account
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your artwork and we'll guide you through the return process.

We'll provide instructions for safe packing and arrange collection if needed.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We'll resolve it with a replacement, repair, or full refund—whichever works best for you.
This guarantee is backed by our documentation process. Every piece is photographed before packing, giving us clear evidence of its condition when it left our warehouse. We've shipped over 100,000 artworks, and we know how to make things right.
Artwork Looks Different Than Expected
This shouldn't happen. We photograph every piece in detail and describe its condition honestly. If what arrives doesn't match what you saw online, contact us immediately and we'll make it right.
