This charming white faced cottage can be seen comfortably position at the foot of Bowfell mountain with chickens exploring the green fertile land. Signed to the lower right. Artist Biography

Born in 1945, Martin moved to the Lake District with his family when he was thirteen. On leaving Art College he spent some years teaching at Brathay Hall Outward Bound Centre on the shores of Windermere. He then went on to run his own Gallery and Art Shop with his wife in Ambleside. For many years now he has worked as a full time professional artist.
