A finely detailed eighteenth-century engraving by Simon Francois Ravenet (1706-1774) after The Parable of the Workers in the Vineyard, which was believed to be by Rembrandt (1606-1669) but has more recently been attributed to Ferdinand Bol (1616-1680), a pupil and follower of Rembrandt. Well presented in a vintage black frame with gilded running patterns. On paper.Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and foxing to the paper. Wear to the frame, including some small losses to the running patterns.
