This scene depicts Act II Scene III from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. Signed in the plate to the lower corners. Inscribed with the dedication to the Duchess of York, and to the lower edge 'London: Published Nov 30 1792 by Thomas Macklin, Poets Gallery, Fleet Street'. On wove paper.

In typical condition for a picture of this age. Some discolouration to the paper, and light foxing. Trimmed within the plate lines.
