Very little is known about Peggy Welch. She was an art student in 1938-1939 possibly at Great Yarmouth, with an interest in fashion design, and had a wonderful imagination. All works are signed unless otherwise noted. Most are dated, but even if undated, I am confident that all date from 1938-1939. Many have EGY written on them, which I think might mean examined Great Yarmouth.
