A very fine pastel study of a shire horse by the artist Nora Howarth, with charcoal details. Inscribed to the lower edge 'Exhibited in Pastel Society Hall, London'. Well-presented in a card mount and gilt effect wooden frame. Signed and dated and inscribed. On wove.

Condition

In very good condition overall. Light wear to corners of the frame.
