A charming impressionist painting by the Russian postwar & contemporary artist Nicolas Kozlenko (1952-2017). The scene depicts a group of young children playing by a calm brook in the height of summer. Well presented in a gilt-effect frame. Signed in Cyrillic to the lower right and inscribed verso. On canvas on stretchers.
Condition
Light marks and dirtying to the gilt effect frame and slip. Minor discolouration to the varnish layer. The overall condition of the artwork is very good.
