A charming watercolour and gouache painting by Muriel Jackson (1901-1977) depicting a Breton lace maker. This artwork was acquired alongside a wood engraving by Jackson of the same subject, which is also listed (SY834). Signed to the lower right. Well presented in a dark frame with a gilt inner edge. On paper.

The artwork is in very good condition. Minimal discolouration. Marks and scuffs to the frame.
