A striking profile silhouette from the Victorian period depicting the young Thomas Burrow Pooley, handsomely dressed in a smart collared jacket. Carefully presented in a later ebonised frame, with brass window and decorative acorn hanger. Glazed. On wove.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some even discolouration and an area of staining in the top right-hand corner.
