Mary Williams (1911-2002) RWA SWA - Original 1972 Mixed Media. With watercolour, charcoal and pen and ink. Signed in the lower left. Signed. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and mild burn to edges of page.

Mary Williams was a member of the Society of Women Artists and was elected to the RWA in 1965. She has been a regular exhibitor at the RWA since 1950. She has five watercolours in the Permanent Collection and exhibited three watercolours in the 130th Annual Exhibition. She has also regularly exhibited at the Royal Scottish Academy and the Royal Society of Marine Artists. She was given a solo exhibition at the R.A.M. Museum in Exeter in 1974.
