Mark Osman Curtis (1879-1959) was a Scottish-born painter who moved to Denmark shortly before the First World War. He was something of a hermit and was almost obsessive about keeping his personal information a secret. Despite his seclusion he is well-known amongst art dealers in Denmark. He painted under several pseudonyms, including Aage Wang and Th. Friis. His typical subjects include cattle, landscapes, and seascapes.
