Description

An atmospheric St Ives school coastal view by the Cornish artist Lowry Lewis (d.1913), in oil on canvas, laid to board. Signed.

Condition

Sold for restoration. There are areas of paint loss and cracking to the lower edge. Undulation of the canvas and board, likely due to water damage. Surface discolouration, as shown.
