Leonid Kuzenny was born in the town Bar, Ukraine in 1962. He studied architecture at the National Academy of Art, Kiev, graduated in 1991. Kuzenny began to paint from 1985, and has held over 20 exhibitions in Ukraine, Germany, Czech Republic and Austria since then. His work has also been exhibited at art galleries in Koln, Dusseldorf, Leipzig and Bremen. In 1997 he went to Prague, and, charmed by the city’s architecture and atmosphere, decided to move here. Today Leonid Kuzenny is one of the Prague’s most prolific urban landscape painters.
