A harbourside scene with beached rowing boats in the foreground and a cottage to the right of the composition. Presented in a white mount and a distressed late-19th century gilt frame. Bears signature 'E. Boudin' to the lower right and inscribed 'Eugene Boudin' to the reverse, however we do not believe this to be by Eugene Boudin (1824-1898). On watercolour paper.
Condition
There is some discolouration and some slight marks to the substrate. There are scuffs and scratches to the frame.
