A fine etching of a European (possibly German) town hall with bustling streets around it. The artist has signed and inscribed illegibly in graphite to the lower edge. On wove.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. There is a line of mount burn around the outer edges of the image from previous framing.
