A charming gouache depiction of a windmill on the river on a delightfully bright day. we can see the artist has used impressionistic strokes to create the reflection of the windmill in the water. Signed and dated to the lower right and the work has been well presented in a white mount and gilt frame. On wove.

In fine condition for its age with a few scuffs to the frame.
