Artist Biography
June Crawshaw SWA BWS NAPA UA was born in Woking, Surrey in 1936. She married Alwyn Crawshaw in 1957, and they now both living in Mundesley, Norfolk. June paints in watercolour, acrylic and oil. She was made a member of the Society of Women Artists in 1987, a member of the British Watercolour Society in 1988, and a member of the National Acrylic Painters Association in 1997. In the year 2000 she was made an Honorary member of the United Society of Artists. She exhibits at all the societies' annual exhibitions, and galleries throughout the country. She had a major joint exhibition with her husband Alwyn in Tokyo in 1998 and also in 2001. In 1992, June helped Alwyn found and launch the Society of Amateur Artists.
