The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Minor marks to the mount and some scuffs to the frame.

Artist Biography
Gwen Wagor was born in the 1920s in Cannock Staffordshire. She was nursing during the Second World War and became one of the many GI Brides who left England and settled in Maine, USA. Gwen became a well-known artist in the north east of America.
