Description

A striking 20th Century still life, combining Surrealism with exquisitely painted trompe-l'œil. The surrealist still life shows a De Chirico-esque architectural landscape, viewed through the torn paper and string of a mysterious package. The vibrant colours and unusual composition make this a truly eye catching artwork. The artist has signed and dated to the lower left and inscribed with their address to the reverse. On canvas.

Condition

Minor scuffing at the outer edges.

Size

80 x 70.5cm (31.5" x 27.8")
