A delightful panoramic view of Hope valley in the Peak District. Figures can be seen walking up and down Durham edge in the foreground with a fantastic view to the small village of Bradwell below. The oil has been well presented in a simple wood frame. Signed to the lower right. On canvas board.
Condition
Overall the condition is good. There are some flakes of paint loss and areas of cracking. However, the surface of the painting is stable. The board is slightly warped. Some marks and scuffs to the frame. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.
